Ali's Destiny

“Sometimes real superheroes live in the hearts of small children fighting big battles”

The older I get, the more I learn that life is not fair, some of us never had a childhood, while others even faced something worse such as cancer. To me, the real heroes have always been those who had to fight battles to simply exist.

Meet brave Charlie, who had a high risk of neuroblastoma, a type of cancer with a 15% death rate. As he was the only baby diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma in Australia at the time, his family had to seek high-cost treatments in the USA. And that’s not all! The treatment Charlie was receiving also had side effects, ranging from speech and learning difficulties to hearing impairment. That’s a lot to take in for a baby, right?

Best wishes to Charlie for his future. Hopefully, I could also help those in needs in the future.
