5kg in two months.

Hey, folks! I wanted to share a quick update on my fitness journey. Recently, I’ve been eating more and getting into gym as you probably know from my social media. For those who might not know, gaining 5kg (including muscle weight) in just two months is quite fast! To be honest, I was really skinny before, which might explain the quick progress. So, what’s my goal? I’m aiming to go for something like Tyler Lockwood from TVD and Bellamy Blake from The 100! Cheesy, huh?! It obviously will take time, but if you know me, you know I’m great at sticking to a routine if I really want something. And being healthy is just good for you overall, isn’t it? Just wanted to keep you all in the loop on how everything’s been!

How to give yourself motivation to work out? Someone from an ILP activity suggested I decorate my bedroom wall with lots of posters of muscular men. Thanks to her, now my gay friends will think I’m gay and will ask me out, lmfao. I’m straight but I can’t deny a free dinner (jk!). Anyway, gonna add in extra 5kg in the coming two months. Alright, so obviously some of you have a harder time sticking to gym routine. I’ll write a post about sticking to routine soon.
