Alright, I had a boneless chicken lying around so I decided to try a grilled chicken recipe.
It’s not bad, a rather simple recipe with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and a little bit of honey.
I recently read Jenn Segal’s blog. For those unaware, she’s a trained chef who went to culinary school, so she knows what she’s doing.
Grilled Chicken

1¾ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1½ teaspoons lemon zest, from one lemon
