I have recently stopped using social media (just Instagram in my case, hah) to improve productivity. Life has taken on a different flavour since then, to be honest. However, I find myself wondering why my friends continue to lure me back in? I must admit, though, that I too am guilty of doing the same in the past. Anyway, maybe I’ll post once or twice a month but that’s it. I don’t check the memes, reels and other people’s stories anymore tho. Maybe in the rare cases. Anyway, I’ll use Instagram again in the future but for now I wanna be on my own for sometime.
I guess regular gym workout and a good diet plan is also an excellent way for self-improvement. The feel experienced after a gym workout is simply just remarkable.
