Okay, so a few days ago, I was at a house party playing poker when someone I met suggested that we form a group to explore abandoned places. I was taken aback. What the heck kind of hobby is that? Absolutely never heard of it before. To help me understand, he showed me some YouTube videos about it.
It turns out there are people who explore abandoned buildings for the thrill of it. To be honest, I’m not afraid of ghosts or anything. I don’t even believe in that stuff. But if you really want to explore abandoned places, just take a look in my wardrobe’s drawer! There are so many microcontrollers in there that I had planned to build something with, but I got too busy lately. I’m feeling pretty tired these days due to my extra part-time job I’ve been doing. I keep getting asked, why extra job? Well, it helps me keep disciplined.
Anyway, back on topic! I still don’t quite understand this hobby. To be fair, I know these kind of activities exist, but mostly on those TV channels like History producing fake paranormal documentary stuff. None of us really believe in that paranormal nonsense. He explores because apparently.. he gets the thrill out of it. Actually, one of the girl enjoys scaring the shit out of people in those places so at least that makes sense. Although, I can’t remember the last time I jump scared someone. I could try it on my neighbor’s grandma someday. It would be a form of surprise present, isn’t it? It’s a surprise because jump scare plus I’m present over there so, surprise present. Alright, super lame joke.
I feel like riding my motorcycle is the only thing that gives me a thrill. Nothing else ever compares to it. It kinda became a combo for me to ride and then chill. Maybe because what better way to celebrate my questionable life choices than with a cold brew?
I should show you my two favorites! One is actually so smooth, it could talk its way out of a speeding ticket, and the other is like my riding skills. Hoppy, unpredictable, and likely to leave me with a headache the next day..
Taiwan Beer (only flavored ones) and Hoegaarden Rosée! I’m more like a whiskey guy so beer is cat piss to me, lol. The problem is, whiskey gets you drunk way faster than beer does so when you’re having conversation with your mates, beer has to be the go-to. And before I end the blog, I found my new favorite song! A friend of mine suggested it, actually. I don’t think I have heard of the singer before.
